Frequently Asked Questions
How do active users work?
We count unique end-users who log in to your projects during the billing month. If a user doesn't log in, they don't count. Builder accounts managing the dashboard are never counted.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
We will never cut off your customers. If your business scales overnight, your infrastructure stays up. You are billed for overages at $5 per 1,000 extra active users.
Can I use my own domain?
Custom domains are available on the Pro plan and above. Map your own domain to any project. SSL certificates are provisioned and renewed automatically.
Is there a transaction fee?
BusinessOS does not charge transaction fees on top of your payment processor's standard rates. The revenue you generate is 100% yours.
